I see alot of guys who seem to be worried about table space. I honestly doubt that will be an issue and I'm sure if.... and I mean a BIG "IF" tables fill up I'm sure others with tables will make space for someone. I really can't see this as an issue so lets not worry about this until we need to ok?

Don't worry about table space. If you look at this picture you will see that there are 13 tables and room for abour 6 more. I am sure we will have space for everyone.

TO ALL PEOPLE BRINGING COSTUMES TO SHOW:

Please bring a few clothes hangers and if anyone has any kind of "A" type Spring Clamps please bring them.....we may or may not need them but would like to have them in case we do. I'm not sure it there will be enough mannequins to display your costumes so I'm working on an alternative method JUST IN CASE we need to. So please bring a few clothes hangers and Spring Clamps if you have them. Pictured below if you don't know what they are.

A friend of mine looks like he will be able to go too.
I have a few things to bring and he has the SUV.
