I wish we could see a more updated trailer than this one. Why so mysterious? The movie opens in less than 2 months and I was more impressed when a saw the floating foam men and that huge billboard at SDCC in July.
 
What is it with shiny organic looking machines these days? I'm not impressed and i was waiting for it to say that it was a Michael bay movie.
 
I saw it today for the first time and it looked interesting. I'll look forward to seeing it (even if it sucks, lol).
 
all the sounds and effects on the titles are directly from the first transformers trailer..
 
Wow, didn't realize it but the trailer I saw was a G4 exclusive trailer that was a few mins. long. Just saw the original trailer today; the extended one was much more interesting.
 
i have so many freaking nightmares that are just like this, UFOs sucking up people and stealing them... probably mostly came from War of the Worlds, but still..
 
I thought the first trailer looked pretty-OK, but the new trailer has me FAR more interested. :eek
 
Appears to be a combination of Independence day and Godzilla.

Might be worth a view when released, but that would be surprising to me.
We can only hope.

The scene with all the people in the air got me interested in seeing it. I cant wait for Battle for Los Angelos though. The rumor is its a mix of Saving Private Ryan (how the war footage was filmed) mixed with ID4
 
I watched this yesterday. The beginning was mediocre. The middle was interesting and actually decent. The end was pure crap. I mean a great big steaming pile of crap. I'd save your money for a DVD and then invite a few friends over to make fun of the movie. It's as if Michael Bay, Transformers, Independence Day, Cloverfield, The Matrix and JJ Abrams had a ******* love child.

I will give it this, visually the special effects were good. But that's about the only good thing to the movie.
