Hopefully hell do some more pred stuff soon, so people can look at proper Predator sculpts.

dude, you gotta give yourself some credit cause you are one of the best sculptors the we have, there is no single best

i personally agree with garo on this one, you would probly make one hell of an elder

BUT

a couple of things i have to say.

1st im not doing a Elder probably EVER.

2nd just because i say im in awe of someone elses work, does not mean i am after praise myself, you guys see my sculpts in pictures, i see them in the flesh and they are NOT all that, trust me. there are MANY sculpters on the lair who in MY opinion are far ahead of me.

Ps, still not doing a elder, but i will be working on a new complete predator build shortly, sculpting it ALL myself, and one that has never been done before.

and i miss you long drawn out threads, progress pics i find fascinating, seeing a lump of clay develop into a finished mask or other prop rocks. so ignore the pricks that just wanna see finished things and do the long ones of old (not aimed at anyone in particular as i don;t know who complained about lees long threads

I do not want to give much away to be honest so my final word on the new project is this, the predator is NOT from my brain it has already been seen in some form, just never in a suit.

I will not be doing a journey on this, im going to try and complete the whole thing then dump a big post on it.

This will probably not be seen until next year as it depends on my house selling and us moving to somewhere that i have a workshop, so back to the P1 build now, which will probably take just as long hehe.

man i love this stuff the build is great cant wait to see it finished. and another suit build aswell you say i'm intrigued.. even if you were blind deaf and dumb there is no way you could miss a suit build of this caliper so i can only imagine what the next one will be like.

Anyone know the best technique to age leather? the stuff i have i do not like it either needs to be replaced or aged.

Lee. me personally the best way to age leather is by leaving it out in the elements.. leave it in the sun let it get bleached by the sun.. then maybe give it a good soaking in water and mash it u a bit... just be mindful not to leave it out in to much rain.. otherwise it will just rot... I've let the elements at leather before to age it and it works wonders..

Actually flesh hunters armour is out doors at the moment..I will take some pics soon to show you..

Ok i dont think this leather has the correct feel and colour, dammit i seem to take 1 step forward 2 steps back with this pred grrrrrrr.

or maybe im being too anal about it i dunno.
