Russ has one for sale on ebay just now, search for "metal war sonic replica". I'd guess that this is one of the extras. Looks good :thumbsup
I believe that is one of the converted Baker sonics he did as a prototype, the real one is completely different and far more majestic.

I don't think it's different than the one on Ebay
The one on ebay is his baker sonic, the war doctor one being made is a 1:1 metal reproduction of the toy that was used in the 50th. They are different.
Russ has posted some photos early showing the war doctor and that clearly shows that they are different.

not true. the war doctor is a combination of the Baker sonic. he said he modeled after the toy version
The ebay one is one of his baker sonics (accurate replica of a baker) that he converted (an early prototype not 100% accurate). The War doctor sonic he is selling here is modelled off the toy baker (this was used in the 50th, the toys are poor representations of the real thing).
They are not 100% the same, hence why I said the ebay one doesn't look like the sonic that he has made here.

Russ... I sent payment, but messaged you that I had paid without seeing the links you provided on page one. I just used the address from when I PayPal'ed you for the Baker sonic. Not sure if it's the same PayPal address.

hope russ is ok... it's been a few days since he's updated...
Hi guys just updating the paid list now heres a few pics of the painted lines etc.I will ship the LED loose all you need to do is glue it in the rod its self is hollow and has a hole so you can add a wire if you are going to do that will post pics of that in a few days.
