Limited Run SIGN UP Doctor Who War Doctor Sonic Screwdriver ALL METAL SPRING LOADED

Russ... I sent payment, but messaged you that I had paid without seeing the links you provided on page one. I just used the address from when I PayPal'ed you for the Baker sonic. Not sure if it's the same PayPal address.

Also, I owe you an additional $15.00 for the painting, so once I hear back about the correct PayPal address, i'll send you the extra $$

Kristen

Extra $$ sent!

SOOOOO 'cited for this! :D

Shame I had to put my collecting on hold right now but job issues have my collecting hobby on hold for the moment. As always, Russ, sweet looking work. I know people are going to love the hell of out these.

I will ship the LED loose all you need to do is glue it in

This might be a stupid question but I buy rather than make on these fine boards so what kind of glue do you use to glue the LED in? What exactly does that mean? :lol

Its easy to do. A bit of 2 part Epoxy resin (Araldite is good) or superglue on the LED, pop it in the space and leave it to harden.

Awesome, thanks! I'll have to invest in a bit of super glue since of the choices I feel that'll have less of a screw-up probability. :lol

Hi no if you want your painted just let me know also
I have these payments but I do not know what your board names are

Hey Guys,

Russ passed on some progress pics to me and asked if I could share them since, as you can imagine with a new little one in the house, he's a tad busy. So here you go, pics of the anodized end cap and it looks fantastic!

Looking absolutely FANTASTIC!! I cannot wait to get my hands on it! They look amazing!

So are we still a go on shipping them by the end of next week? I'm really excited about getting my first Russ Sonic! I've already started converting one of my Inner Units for installing in to the War Doctor Sonic!

If this is your first Russ sonic then you'll be delighted with the quality when you get it. The0w3n5 has shared a brilliant conversion for the other sonics but we suspect this one might just be built differently so the conversion might not work. We waited with baited breath...

Really? What would you do if/when you need to change the LED?
You're the expert.

If you are soldering it all up, then I doubt you will need to glue it in, but if you want to then I would affix it in with a dap of superglue as if you want to remove it all you have to do it pull it out with a pair of pliers.

If you want it to be a more permanent fix, then use epoxy.
