Showing off my Solidworks Obi-Wan ANH Lightsaber

As a mechanical engineer I have been using Solidworks software for years both in college and at my various jobs. However, I recently became officially certified in Solidworks and decided to pick up my own copy of Solidworks 2015 Premium... which means I get to model whatever I want! Naturally the first parts I grabbed were my Obi-Wan ANH parts! Unfortunately all my Graflex clamps are in storage so I omitted those. All parts are Russrep except the beautiful Romans Empire handwheel. Just to address any recasting concerns, I have NO plans to manufacture any of these parts, this was just a technical exercise. Also note that I didn't bother to model any of the various threads on the parts.

It looks great ... are you going to do a smashing render too ... or is this merely finger practise and a try-out for printing in 3D?

Thanks Sym! No plans to do any 3D printing. It didn't occur to me to do a rendering, I'll have to play around. I was going to create some manufacturing drawings of some of the parts to display with my actual saber (if I ever assemble it).
