Here was my halloween costume this year...

Went as TOS Kirk (with current Shatner body type)

Bought the Shirt and boots online and used plain black dress pants tucked into the boots, which worked really well! Also had a tribble, communicator and phaser. I was the life of the party (in which we were supposed to stay in character all evening) I was charming all the ladies and defeating all comers at Beer-pong! (because Kirk NEVER loses)

I also have a generic "red shirt" that I have yet to get photos in. It fits much nicer than the Kirk Command shirt... but come on... you have to go as Kirk

Here's my TOS Andorian Starfleet Officer's costume. The pic isn't that great, but it's the only one I have of the costume...

Right now I'm working on a Weyoun costume from Star Trek DS9, and I hope to have it done sometime before 2012, at the moment all I have finished are the ears. I'm also working on a Cardassian soldier costume too, and I'll be sure to post pics of them in this thread when they're done.

That's horrible ... they gave Wheaton the wrong banner. He looks nothing like Felicia Day!

Good luck with your Weyoun and Cardassian costumes. You just don't see people do those costumes, so it'll be a nice change of pace.

This looks great! You've really taken a lot of time with it, and the results are obvious. I'm working on Captain America's new outfit from the Avengers movie, and I'm not gonna stop until it is a perfect as it can be! So yeah, thanks for inspiring a person to do their best possible job:thumbsup

Looch, thank you! I wish you good luck with your Avengers Cap! It was quite a process and I'm proud of it. Joe of Anovos and Steve and the folks over at Star Fleet 1701st were very helpful during the build.

I would have also started one here on the RPF, but I wasn't a member then. Tiberius, thank you as well! I got the earrings from a company called Verbena. They carried all colors of the Alexis Bittar earrings that Uhura wore in ST 09 (Flame, Gold, and Silver...I think flame is gone now.)
