sculpting oversize for latex

Hi
I want to sculpt a chest armour and cowl for casting in latex, and want to Know if I should sculpt them bigger
so as to fit my measurements when casting in latex, it will be thick latex , dont want to put all the effort in and
it shrinks, would adding fillers to the latex stop some shrinking because of the extra solids content, I have seen
comments on baking the latex, any experience with that?

Latex shrinks about 5%.
If you wet your mold (ultracal...spray with pinch of soap & water mixture) before hand, there will be a little less shrinkage.
