ROTS Obi-Wan Saber - help needed!

Hey all,

I'm trying to find a screen accurate ROTS Obi-Wan lightsaber. Preferably one which would have sound, but at least a light-up blade. Problem is, the only one's I can find have problems.

The MR/Hasbro hilts are too thick in the neck and (IMO) look a bit rubbish. The only other one I've found which comes close is the ParkSaber hilt called "Dark Avenger"...problem is, this comes with a D-ring rather than the covertech button.

Does anyone know of a way to modify the Park saber, or how to make a screen accurate saber?

Any and all help much appreciated!

Edit: Oh, I'm sorry, I totally missed that it was ROTS. But the link should still be good for how to attach a blade into just the emitter while making it secure. You can see pretty easily the difference between Bradley's saber and other sabers where the blade goes through the fat windvane.

While I had to wait awhile for my Parks Saber, Jeff was super-helpful and we emailed back and forth about a number of things. I would go ahead and contact him and see if he can do a covertech button instead of a a D-ring. It can't hurt! Though I would say that the "Dark Avenger" windvane is still too thick. All of Jeff's sabers tend to seat the blade deep into the hilt.
