Progress on the drive internal details
I cut the circuit board from 3mm blue perspex. The surface film is left on as a mask, then the graphics are cut and oversprayed with white paint. Same technique used on the dials, 1mm white HIPS, then oversprayed with black.
Hope to have this nailed by end of week/early next.

Okay guys, I will have some prices for you, and this will become a for sale thread, on wednesday, once I have done my sums
This drive will be in the form of a kit. The chassis will be cast in polyeurethane resin. The kit will include: 1 x Chassis, 2x front disks laser-cut from reflective acrylic sheet, circuit board laser cut and engraved 3mm blue acrylic with painting masks attached, ditto 3 x HIPS dial feature, 2 x laser engraved frosted panels, 4 x cut to size clear acrylic half rods, 8 x resin caps for half rods, 2 x resin gear tips for dials, 2 x laser cut acrylic reflective circuit-board pins, 2 x pre-cut aluminium handle tubes, 1 x adhesive vinyl handle top decal, 1 x laser engraved display plaque.
The hard drive measure app 9" x 5" x 3"
