Hey Guys -
I have a 3D model and print of Robin's mask from Arkham Knight. I'm looking for the best way to mold and cast a flexible version of the mask to wear as a cosplay. I want to be able to make several copies of the mask because of wear. I'm thinking about molding it out of Vytaflex urethane unless there is a better option.
Any tips on the type of mold and how to avoid air bubbles, thin/thick areas etc.. would be great. I dont have a lot of experience with molds but always up to learn.
Thanks in advance.
