Man, this was really a punch to the gut. I was never a huge Bowie fan, but I recognized his importance to the music world. The Eagles, however, are easily one of my Top 10 favorite bands of all time and I was beyond saddened to hear this news. I agree with everyone here that 2016 is off to a horrible start. :cry

Yeah, I grew up in the 80's and Miami Vice was one of my "lifestyle" shows (hey, what do you want? I actually grew up in Miami!). Glenn was a big part of the show from the music to guest starring.
Yup, another little slice of my childhood gone...and a major piece of a great band gone.

You aren't kidding, I bought a soundtrack for the show years ago and it had more of his stuff on it than anyone else. Let's not forget Beverly Hills Cop and The Heat is On either. He and Kenny Loggins were pretty much everywhere in the 80s.
