I'll be in all the way for it, please post here a heads up when ready!(y)D
Please consider doing an uneven grooved V2 run too!!:angel

Just to clarify, will this be the uneven grooved hero like this?

I have a resin cast from Jedi Father with all even rings, the separate one step card plate and everything, was it a cast of yours Rylo?!

No idea? First I've heard of that.

You guys would have to tell me. I certainly hope not considering our shop arrived at our final measurements after an exhaustive study of that prop. I was always particularly fond of the control box.

Haha probably not then, this is pretty idealized I think, how do resin casts of sabers come about legitimately? i thought for a second that there was some agreement done or something with you for it to have come about (I've only been i the prop world 3-5 years, well after all these cool runs were done)

edit: **** me, the one i have has a completely round body and a curved control box bottom - not the flat plate you have!

Hi guys, would be interested if a run really is happening soon, :) been reading around here a lot and only recently jointed, glad to know more about sabers here too!

If you are interested, I put one up for auction (posted in the JY). I got projects that need funding. :(

Oh, I would really love to know more about getting a russrap v2, been looking for a while for one ;)

It will happen. But probably not until after the v2 run is complete. There seemed to be more demand for me to finish that one first.

No HUGE rush...

Don't get me wrong... I'm REALLY wanting these... but... Christmas season is coming, heh.

So take your time.

It would be nice also if we could get a run of circuit boards also at the same time: Real blue circuit boards, not just sheet metal with black lines painted on.

Even better for a run would be if the circuit board would also include a kit for the electronics inside, where the circuit board is also blue.

Very little return for a such a big job...there's just no incentive and the risks are high right now. I think about it every so often but to be honest, I already know most wouldn't appreciate the price tag.

The days of big runs are pretty much done. Just not worth it to tool up for a dozen pieces.
