Awesome!!!!
I love how well you color blended the shoe to the suit.

Thanks guys, thanks very much.

@ jrenemtz321 and nadzmoe, nope no face shell, may get one at a later date. SO yeah the lenses are just glued on but the glue isn't too strong so if I need to remove them it won't damage the paint work or material.

Awesome work, no need to go with a face plate you have a face that shows the genuine spidey look! And you should watermark the pics...just in case :)

Re: Redtogusa's Amazing Spiderman Costume using McL34Ns pattern (Update pg 7).

Dude...Wow!!!
The suit looks absolutely fantastic, and you wear it so well? All that work honeycombing has really paid off. I'm loving those hoodie photos as well.

Dude that looks great on you! I don't even know why you were tripping with all the duct tape talk. Not sure if you got any on there, but if you don't, you don't need it. The same goes for the face-shell. I don't think you need one. You got a great head-shape for the mask!

Cheers Welsh. Means a lot.

Yeah, I did about one billion crunches in a week and now have a rock hard 6 pack. :cool
I wish. :cry
I must admit I've got the belly done up with a bit of tape but not a huge amount.

Thanks again guys.

It's all good. You still look great in it. If there's a prize at that party tomorrow, you already won it.

Re: Redtogusa's Amazing Spiderman Costume using McL34Ns pattern (Update pg 7).

Just curious...how durable is the puff paint? I just have a terrible vision of doing all that work and then bumping into a wall and scraping a good chunk of it off or something.

The suit is looking GREAT! Makes me really excited to start on mine (if I ever get a print!).

I wondered the exact same. I'd hate to put all that effort in and then put the suit on and it cracks or comes off really easily. Any info on how durable it is guys??

I like how well this all came together.

I too would like to know about the durability of the paint. Does it crack when stretched with the fabric? How does that work?

Re: Redtogusa's Amazing Spiderman Costume using McL34Ns pattern (Update pg 7).

For the most part the puff paint is really durable. It's in thin enough quantities that it wont really break, and as far as scrapping off El Fett only had a little of it happen in the armpits, which is easy to reapply.
