But since you ASSume I don't have the mental capacity to understand what extortion is, allow me to elaborate on my question in the same manner you responded to me.

I asked HOW he was extorting you.

As you can see, in your post, you showed screen shots of SF extorting you to make you "do the leg work and get all the forum bans you caused lifted", or you two "can continue" in your lightsaber war. Now, you also mentioned that he called you a THIEF to the whole world. Given that there is no context as to WHY he called you a thief, I could ASSume that it has something to do with the Ventress saber and it's cap solution because that is mentioned in one of the pictures. Given that I am not a member of his forum, nor a fan of his fanpage, nor do I desire to be either (to which I could ASSume that a majority of the people in this thread are not), and the fact that there is no elaboration as to his calling you a THIEF, we can now transition into my original question. Now, since we now know that I am aware as to WHAT extortion is, I have established the reasoning behind my question as to "extortion HOW", as well as SF laying out his demands for a result of his "extortion" hopefully it clear as to WHY I asked. Although, I hate to ASSume, since we both know what ASSuming does.

No, it doesn't. What does SF have on him in order to extort him? I Understand what SF wants, the part that is missing is the how? If SH doesn't get the bans lifted, what is SF gonna do? All of that appears to be correct. I would say he's going to.continue to try to.destroy the reputation of SH by means of his 48000 followers on facebook.

SF threatened to put SH out of business with cheap versions of whatever run of sabres he decides on. Those pics were showing how he was following up on his threat of putting out a cheaper version of Ventress to undercut his sales. See post #28

Ah, again, with ASSuming. I have been keeping up with the thread since it was started and yes, I have read the WHOLE thread. And yet again, someone in this thread thinks me a mental midget. Granted, it didn't "click" until you brought it up, but now it does.

I sincerely hope that you are not offended, that was not my intention. Believe me when I say that this whole situation has been very very stressful in many ways to myself and for my family, and many other members of the whole community. I didn't ask for it, I make Artistic interpretations of things, and I can relate to anyone that has had that used against them for anothers own gain, the level of hostility that has been directed towards me and other people in this community is unwarranted. So when someone wants to accuse someone of the things they themselves are guilty of and use the internet to those ends it is very damaging and unacceptable.

I wouldn't have posted it, if it didn't directly relate to the situation.

I appreciate it, I really do. I honestly didn't make the connection between the Ventress saber post in the beginning and the one you just posted with him taunting you, until it was pointed out. And, I could have reacted a LOT differently and would like to apologize as well.

I completely understand your feelings and get where you are coming from. It appears that you have a LOT of people in your corner here and have support. Believe it or not, I'm in your corner in this whole thing and SF's messages and venom spewed at you are uncalled for. To boot, I saw his racist post, and I can't believe people still support him after that alone AND all the messages you've posted. I see your position not unlike the whole Ainsworth vs the world thing, with SaberForge being AA, or even the Logan Props scandal: Regardless of the truth that is posted and put directly in front of people, they are going to believe what they want to believe, and support who they want, REGARDLESS of proof to the contrary. It is what it is.

Keep fighting the good fight and don't cave to this feminine hygiene product applicator.

Here’s an idea, why doesn’t someone take a lesson from Mr. Isherwood’sbook of morals and copy what he’s doing. Get some of his sabers modify them abit so they are different but not to different, contact a Chinese mill andstart selling them for cheaper than him. Now according to him this is fare andall a part of the business world and a great way for his competitors to get theupper hand. I guess ill have to stop shopping from "direct from manufacture" shops. No thanks, I make everything myself as AN ARTIST. The whole artistic interpretation is what this boils down to. That would be willful and intentional behavior that is the key element of the whole situation. If someone wants to make their own interpretation of something that is perfectly acceptable. No its well documented what took place, I am not the only person to make a Promo saber, but the scale being one to one especially since its a mash up from all the different promotional art it would have been statistically impossible to have all the same features and a 1:1 scale.
IT boils down to what came first the chicken or the egg, and when there are timestamped correspondence, payment transactions, Pm's, Emails, packing slips, and shipping labels.
And all the things that are documented that followed.. No the golden rule is known... No thanks I am just fine doing a Modded/custom one off, or a small run.
People don't realize how hard some of this stuff is to make, and that I myself take it very seriously, and passionately. Any one can go to china, that is their business and not really the issue here.

A non/disclosure agreement, LOL they put it all over the internet, so much for that. they blew the cover on that one as pointed out by the link posted ..
They even wrote the they are gonna " buy Solo's saber and reverse engineer it on their Facebook page" I don't know what constitutes an admission of guilt better than that??? And making a video showing obviously that they did, might as well have been the cherry on the Sundae..
