These helmets looks fantastic, I was just wondering if you are still making a new run. Could you send me a PM with the details? Thanks!

After sitting for over a year, I finally got to finish mine! The cast was super clean, and sturdy. Weathering this helmet was a lot of fun, and I can’t recommend it enough.

That came out gorgeous. Great job!

If anybody else wants to get in on this run, please post here and I'll PM you with the details.

That came out great!

Does anybody else have pictures of their finished helmets?

Molds are still handy, so post here if you'd like to get in on this run and I'll PM you with the details.

I'm in casting mode this week, so post here if you'd like to get in on this run and I'll PM you with the details.

About to join the ranks of the completed Range Trooper brigade!

Just a question, though - how did you guys affix your visors? I normally use hot glue with bubble lenses for stormtrooper helmets, but don't think the visor would fare too well with this approach? Any tips?

It'll work, just be careful. You can also get away with fixing it in place with Gorilla tape or the like.

Tried hot glue, but the curves don't match, so it just kept peeling away. Used masking tape and it lasted all of an hour. I'll think of something!

Doing a lot of casting lately.

If anybody else wants to get in on this run, post here and I'll PM you with payment details.
