I actually inquired about the size of the hull and rotocast. I was assured that the machinery exists to do this properly... but yes its still a valid concern. Properly done rotocasting does not have the truly thin spots you mentioned - that is what happens whne somebody that is inexperienced with rotocasting does it the first few times. There is a technique invovled (so I'm told) that yeilds very uniform thicknesses. Since Randy spent the time to find someone to do it professionally I'm hoping the person knows what they are doing :cool
