Muchísimas gracias! Estaré atenta por si subes el enlace. Y si al final prefieres no subirlo te estaría muy agradecida si puedes mandármelo, por email o me escribes por IG. Gracias de nuevo!
But it is worn "upside down"- the side buttons are near to the bottom, rather than the top. The "link" connection is then moved to the bottom, and this was covered over for the "buttons" used in the film.
Also, the top glass/plastic was removed. You can see the proud ridge around the perimeter whereas the original watch is "smooth" across the edge and glass.
I would guess they gutted one, and then made castings for "stunt" use with one modified with a screen inside for the closeup shot.
If I find a busted one out in the wild (for less than $500) I'll modify it.
Hey lovely people i have uploaded to thinguiverse the STL for you to pick up and do awesome props (it´s at the bottom of my first post in this thread).
Please, post here any replica you made out of it, i would love to see them.
The more I look at this, the more I'm convinced it's being worn upside-down on the mannequin ... also, I've only just realised that the original watch has a [prop] casing over the top [doh!]
