You could take your measurements yourself with a measuring tape and get a wet suit pattern from a fabric store, use spandex and cut it, sew it to fit your size perfectly. After that, you fill it with fabric or paper to resemble your own proportions, then latex it.... Considering the date you first posted, I hope you have solved this by now. This is how I did my own skin and it worked amazing! The spandex still stretches and bends with your own movements even with 5 or 6 layers of latex over it. Hope this helps...

I don't know if a tape dummy is going to give you what you need. I second the earlier idea of a plaster cast of your torso, then pull a bust and work your latex/poly suit over that. it will be an exact fit for you this way. Here's a youtube vid of Katy Perry doing a cast for charity:
