Pulse Rifle Kit from MiM question

I'm hoping somewhere here can answer this. I have been eyeing the japanese kit for the pulse rifle from the monsters in motion website. It says that you need to come up with the thompson replica on your own. Does anyone know if the one offered by the sportsman guide will fit correctly? It says it is 1:1 but we all know how that sometimes goes.

No, it will NOT fit correctly. You need a Tokyo Marui Thompson.

Yeah that one is the 1928 version with the cocking handle on top, you nead an M1A1 Thompson which has the handle on the side.
