I'm doing a very small run of two items used on the Serenity Alliance pistols. These are scaled to fit a real psycho ballistics silver bullet paint gun, same as the screen used hero.

3D printed Alliance logos are scaled to fit 1.125" diameter holes in the grips. To cut the holes I put the grips in the freezer overnight and drilled them out with a 1.125" spade bit.

Comparison photo shows the screen used prop on the left, mine on the right.

LED light box is made to hold any LED, but I designed this one for strip leds with adhesive back. Slots in the top, bottom and side allow you to weave the strip lights in and out.

Did you follow a guide and buy parts or did you make everything from scratch?

I just used the photos that I've gathered of the real props. The hero's were auctioned off so there's a lot of great source material. Here is a link to a folder with everything that I found.
