Re: Free paper-prop thread no.3 - 2008

Hello all, now that I was able to register I can ask my question regarding the Pepper Potts ID badge. What is the best way to print it out with out having a badge machine? Ive though about using a basic laminator but its the wrong style. Thanks in advance.

If you have a laser printer, run a very thin sheet of sheet styrene through it, then glue it to a thicker sheet...then laminate the whole thing if you want it extra glossy.

Hey Cmdr.

That's some nice stuff!

And I like the Daily Planet wall panel on your site.

Who did you do that for?

It's just too bad most paper props posted here are just 72DPI. So unusable to have a clear print. :$

Does anyone know where to find the iron on transfers for Jayne's shirts? I've been searching for a while and I just can't seem to find them. (The thought crossed my mind it'd be better to find somone more...heh....professional that does the shirts already done up. Ya know...So I don't ruin a bunch of 'em. So if someone has a link to someone who offers finished shirts, that'd be ok too. :lol :confused)

Contact ssdesigner. I know he used to have a couple of finished screenprinted designs to choose from, and for a very good price.

One of the TKs, as in TK3490 for example, did some Jayne shirt files, including the troublemaker one. He wasn't TK 3490, just using that for an example, but if you are patient, look through the Membership roster, check through the threads of the guys who's screenname starts with TK, and eat your vegetables, you might find the link for them.

Hi, guys. Been lurking for awhile, there are some amazing projects going on here! I just wanted to know if anyone has the magazine "splash page" from The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951) that says "Are We Long For This Earth?". It has a woman screaming along with flying saucers and Gort. I can't seem to find anything useful!
