I just checked your number. This is what the tracking website wrote:
"It was not possible to reach the recipient; the item was scanned. The item is either being delivered in France or being held for pick-up. "
It seems you have to go to your post office and pick it up.

yes, it is the Mexican version, to reduce the space between the cap and the bottle, try to tighten calmly adhere well to make the grooves without deforming the plastic
