This plate is probably THE most screen-accurate stamped metal replica OUTATIME plate available anywhere.
It has closer accuracy to the originals than any other replicas I have found, without the higher cost of a plate from the original maker.
These plates were made using original 1980s movie prop license plates as reference.
All colors / graphics were carefully matched to actual vintage prop plates from the same prop house.
The yellow stripes actually go all the way to the edges of the plate and are the correct color.
These plates have EMBOSSED (raised) OUTATIME lettering, and a DEBOSSED (lowered) outer border and boxes for the registration tabs / decals, which is exactly how real California plates and the original BTTF props were made. Most other replicas have raised embossed borders and leave the decal / tab area flat, which is not accurate to the appearance of the originals.
Includes screen-accurate AUG 86 Registration Decals / Tabs, which are already attached to the plate in the correct locations.
These are the same decals that I sell separately, and are a very high quality fade-resistant and weatherproof vinyl.
