Pee-Wee's Big Adventure Bike

** BEWARE PIC HEAVY **
So ive finally decided to go full throttle on my bike parts. I should have had all this stuff done months if not a year ago. But anyways hear is the progress I made this week. Im tackling everything at once. these parts are not finished.

Ive started to scuplt the tiger siren the correct way. Its not done the fumes started giving me a headache.

I started to put together the delta super rocket

The housing for the tiger, the bracket for the siren, and the propeller all primed and ready.

After a year of searching I finally found the rear fender nos for 30$. I guess patience is really a virtue. And the spinners are ready I just dont know how to mount them.

here are more of the finished parts. Im not sure if I should go back and bondo the edges of the top of the siren. Also, on the bottom of the siren there are dents and I have no idea on how to open the bottom half to repair it.

Skirt is finally ready. first time it got molded and I had to make a whole new one. Btw thanx rudigger for the help. On this one the next door neighbors bunnies dug a hole in the backyard and decided to nibble on it. I was able to repair it with a little tlc and bondo.

Last but not least, Thanx abe for the advice on the seat. The transplant was a success. Even though the under carriage is a little rusty I probably should have sanded it but eh oh wells.

Nice. Looks like you are making good progress!
Here's a shot of the wheel spinner from the movie bike. It looks like it's held with 4 small hole drilled and wire tied around the spokes. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.. uploadfromtaptalk1427850949980.jpeg

I know some guys on here were taking out a little pie cut and making it a little dome shaped to help hold it against the spokes..

Haha. That's not what I meant but that is a good idea. I meant cutting a little "V" shape out of it so that it curves like this ( against the spokes..

for the spinners, you may need to open up the center hole a bit to allow it to touch the spokes towards the center of the hub. I think some of the guys here somehow dished the spinner in, mine are still flat, i did the same thing, three sets of tiny holes send wire through and twist. At you kind of have to do it by hand, i used some packaging clear coated wire, you can get it at hardware stores.
Ollin, is that the stolen Colorado bike? Its awesome it says Not for Sale on it.

One thing guys, I ride my bike enough to get the spinner loosened over time, so its best to make the twisty part enough so you can go back in and give another tug if needed. Also I carry the bikes in the back of the truck in a bike stand with straps. the stand had two bars that are a bit narrower than the spinner width. the vinyl is toast and I may need to redo my spinners soon too.

Thnx for the good advice, how about the persons siren. Any ideas on how it looks without the bondo and any ideas om how yo take it apart

to open up the siren, you basically hold the spinning top part. Then with pliers unscrew the very tip. it should all pull down. I'm sure someone will correct me if it a bit different from that. I think it loos fine, you just need to make the mounts and weld them to the bracket and mount it.
When you undo the nut on the bottom, you can just screw in the black part if the nut is the correct thread pitch.

yeah see here, the tip screws off the I think there may be one other nut threaded in there.

I use super fine #00000 steel wool and some premium automotive metal polish like mother's and a lot of elbow grease and they usually clean up very nice as long as they're not super rusty.

Abe was right yet again. All you have to do is use some plyers and grab a hold of the little small piece at the bottom that is in the picture. Next you hold on to the part that makes the noise which is pictured left. The last step is to twist and wah-lah its done. The metal was super thin and really easy to hammer out.

Im sure this was done before. I took a pit stop to the dollar store and grabbed some batteries. I wired them up in black box on the handle bar. What do you gues think. There not strong enough to be noticed during the day.

Mine are just lights. If i want to run them i have to open it up. I want to find ones that you can push the button to activate
