Hi All

Im a packaging designer that has been building props and costumes for sometime now!

Ive noticed a possible gap in the market with props, that being packaging used in games and movies etc...

I work mostly in the corrugated cardboard sector but i can get my hands on almost anything to do with packaging!!

I was wondering if any of you guys would be interested in seeing some packaging props being made from you favourite movies, games etc..??

*sorry admins* Any ideas that you like to see created please feel free to suggest some cool projects!

Additionally I will happily give advice on packaging!! If any one needs any!

so guys I here to help you complete your prop displays or just add some more wow factor!

Cant wait to see what you want!!

Screen accurate Chip Hazard or Archer figure boxes from "Small Soldiers":

It's being worked on, but I've not heard anything for a while.

or

Chucky's toy box from "Child's Play".

or

The carton of "The Stuff":

I draw up the lid and side artwork (lettering could do with being smoothed out a little):

The side artwork would have to be altered/curved to fit the shape of a carton. I'd love to get this actually printed onto white plastic tubs!

howlrunner! awesome!!

Thats 2 fantastic ideas already!!

The structure of the small soldiers box, is that what is pictured attached?

I would nail the structure first then lay up the artwork!!

do you own the firgures? or have and ref dimensions as i can get this mocked up this afternoon!

Also do you have any reference material for the chucky toy box?

Unfortunately the boxed pics you've attached are of the Stan Winston produced figures - they were made from the original molds, etc, but the packaging for them is not what is seen in the movie.

I'll work on getting you some screencaps that show the real box.

I own the 12" figures that were released (the animatronic figures in the movie were also 12 inches tall), but they are not 100% accurate, so not sure on exact movie sizes. Can get you the sizes of these though if that's of help?

This is the (approx 35 inches high) screen-used chucky box (pics from online - not mine):

Better shot of front graphics here: http://www.chuckyholics.com/site/wp-content/gallery/chucky-doll-photos/PICT0051.JPG (this is a replica, but the box matches the screen used).

How about the box that Brad Pitts wifes head was shipped in in "Seven"? I can't remember right off the top of my head if there was much to it or not.

Or maybe the box that Solid Snake hides in in the game Metal Gear Solid?

Just a thought.

I think someone may have made it already but I'd like a pack of the gum from Futurama called "Big Pink"(with the breath freshening power of ham).
