P2 Re-breather : Pg7 Upgraded 2013 V2.

Finally got around to finishing off the bits i needed to do, I added the tubes i found just to see again what it may look like when completed.


There are one or 2 small simetry issues in my eyes ( well things that bug me ) but everytime i think ive sorted it , it throws something else out grrrr, and as i cannot be botherd to wait until i get calipers etc , im calling this done. ( i will fix the odd thing though hehe )

I have added a small ish hole on the rear of the left cheak ( which i forgot to photo ) for the supply tube to attatch.

I left some of the smoother sections with imperfections, in the hope it didnt look brand new, im not sure it works though, sometimes i think yes, others i think it just looks like ive missed bits when smoothing.

Thanks to the 2 Andrews i took their advice, KITHUNTER i thinned the nose section alittle. and MR FETT i thinned the rear lugs thingies.

so thats it done, now onto moulding i guess.

Another sculpt to add to your list of ever growing Predator props. I presume you'll cast it minus the tubes.
I know the feeling about deciding to call it a day, you could go on for ever trying to achieve perfection.
Should look good once cast and painted up.

Yeah the tubes are just for show.

Im going to look into calipers before i do anything else that needs to be symetrical. But 1st i feel drawn back to Pred heads

so as soon as i get a spare day ( hopefully before the weekend ) i can get this mofo moulded up and pop a cast or 2 out.

Lookin good Lee, another great piece. Is really good to see people making stuff that hasn't been attempted yet (well outside SWS!)

If you get a free 5 minutes can you knock up Wolf's chair with the Flight of the Navigator style tv he has in it? Think that'd be a novel way to play the new AVP game while I am waiting for the pred ship to be finished up (this means you el'iuj, get workin...) Thanks!

Great sculpt! attention to detail is EXCELLENT

I think the Hot Toys one is wrong, the hose is coming out the bottom and not the side

I was thinking the chair at home while waiting for the ship, but your idea sounds better! Could be like a Kirk-style boss chair for the captain/Elder...

It's things like this (the hose position) which I really like about this place, you get people like Lee building something born out of passion for the subject which is just plain better than what the "pros" come up with and make millions selling...

Keep it up Lee! (and if you fancy making a gaming chair look like Wolf's, pictures pending of course, sign me up!)
