Their customer support has been terrible on our side. Still waiting on refund as well.

About 2 hours ago, I received emails from John and ANOVOS that my $200.00 refund has been processed. Should be back on my credit card in few days.

Dang, I just want a replacement, no refund, I personally like the helmet a lot, just not mine with the issues. I've seen almost flawless ones and they are great.

I could say a lot about Anovos, many good, some bad, but I have to say my experience with their customer service has always been nothing short of phenomenal.

I ended up cancelling my helmet as I was very worried about the flaws and with it being Holliday season at the time, I was very worried about the return process. They processed my cancellation very quickly, and I'll definitely be going back once they get the products a little more under control.

The OT stormtrooper kits have been looking fantastic, and I couldn't regret more the fact that I cancelled my tier one. :( The cancellation process was a little longer, but just as pleasant... Well, at the time.

Got mine today and happy with what arrived. Couple flaws, forehead crease and chin dimple. They are small and I can live with it. It really is a stellar helmet especially at the Tier 1 cost.

Has anybody who requested a replacement gotten their replacement helmet yet? My support ticket has officially been open for a month. They received my defective helmet last week. I've asked for an update this week with no response. Now I'm starting to wonder if it was even worth sending my helmet in for a replacement. :rolleyes

I haven't even had an answer to my ticket. #764712. I do feel the flaws on my helmet are noticeable. Hoping to get something at least within a month or two timeline.



The glue or whatever that is is probably the thing that bothers me the most.

I've had a ticket open since the end of December. Initially they answered within 24 hrs but replies and folow ups have been left been left unanswered. Shame.

I started my ticket December 17th and still haven't received my refund. I bugged them again 6 days ago, but apparently the guy in charge of returns is on assignment.

Hopefully these two last releases are learning experiences for them because they have a ton of products coming this year that are 2X, 3x, 4x the price of these helmets and TK armor. If they think customers are pissed about returns/refunds now, wait until they are dealing with a customer who have to wait this long to get $1k- $2k back.

I'm in the same boat as you....After receiving the helmet in mid December with the defects I opened a ticket and after a couple of days a response was given requesting pictures. After sending them the same day I've heard nothing. I've sent emails requesting a response, I've even opened another ticket to see if that gets a reply. I also requested on my last ticket that I don't want to receive any more of my pre-orders until this issue is resolved. And guess what...I got the shipping notice on Thursday confirming my OT TK kit with helmet has been sent....So that is telling me the ticket hasn't even been read!

Being in the UK this is so frustrating....I'm stuck with a helmet riddled with defects ( glue marks, scratched eye lens, stretch marks in the plastic etc..) and it seems Anovos don't want to know.

Has anyone managed to contact Gotmaul and seen if he can get a response?

I haven't been able to find much info on this, but do any of you know how long, on average, it takes Anovos to ship a helmet to the EU after ordering?

Shipping to me in the UK took 7 days from notification of shipping from FedEx.

But what about the time from order to shipping?

That I can't help you with as I pre-ordered the helmet back in September 2015. Best to try and message Anovos to confirm the turnaround time.

Is anyone else that ordered late December still waiting for the helmet? The Anovos order status page isn't very reliable. It still says my classic TK kit order is unfulfilled, but I have already received it.

Update on my replacement helmet. Here's my experience with Anovos trying to get a replacement helmet.

Ticket opened on 12/28/15
Return label received on 1/13/16
Defective helmet delivered on 1/22/16

Complete silence...

Until yesterday (2/11/16) they finally gave me an update on my replacement. Another 4-8 weeks. According to them they're waiting for "replacement stock." So pretty much after 6 weeks of waiting they want me to wait another 4-8 weeks for a replacement. Their ticket response time has been laughable at best. I'm not happy with the way they're processing exchanges or the fact that it takes 2 weeks to even get someone to respond to tickets. Needless to say I told them I no longer want a replacement and instead I want my money back. Who knows how long that will take. Hopefully they won't have to go looking for replacement refunds for 4-8 weeks.

Strange, their response time on my tickets were never more than 24 hours.
