Bigturc, I get it, small business etc etc but my original issue still stands and its going into a couple months now with zero reply. They messaged me on FB and asked if my issue had been resolved when I said I was happy with my purchase but it was a photo of me in the anovos neck seal and helmet for the original trilogy TK NOT the original issue with the ep7 TK. They went through the trouble of facebook stalking me (though I honestly didn't mind at this point) but didn't even know what my original and still standing issue was. Again, I would state I love my Anovos original trilogy TK, but my ep7 TK was just not worth it.

Man I was nowhere near defending their customer service .. I was just stating the (obviously) obvious : they are one man army and clearly think they can manage it...

They're just shooting in their own feet!

Just got my TFA Stormtrooper helmet from Anovos after pre odering in January. Love this helmet! Absolutely beautiful. Did a thorough inspection and I see no flaws. Even though I love it, I wish I had waited for the premium version. If its even better than the standard version I have, it would be well worth the extra cash. Guess I'll have to spring for both.

Does anyone happen to have an Anovos discount code they're willing to part with? I'm about the pull the trigger on the OT TK, and anything extra off the top is helpful. When I get a code for ordering, I'll post it here if there are any requests.

So they ended up closing my ticket. Commented on my fb page post about how much I liked my original trilogy TK kit and had someone from anovos reply to my post about the TK kit and then I realized today they closed my ticket on the ep7 helmet without a response, without an email or any notification. Great service...wth. I told them I was happy with the tk kit but still had issues with my ep7 helmet, I'm assuming at this point its just going to ignore? I filed the ticket 1/20/16, I'd love to just get some sort of response back from anyone.

Just odd for them to message me after fb stalking me (they did say hello and sorry we're snooping on you) not that I mind I actually enjoyed that extra level of communication, but why go through that trouble or that extent, comment that it looks like my issue was resolved, have me respond to that no this post is about the kit not the ep7 helmet, and then close my ticket sometime later? That's like me buying two Toyota cars, have one light on fire due to poor wiring but Toyota tell me its all good cause my other Toyota isn't on fire (I love my Tacomas btw).

Mine was delivered yesterday. First impression WOW, Awesome, Amazing! Then it sunk in once I had time to look at the helmet after work. Mine suffers from scratched lenses, oval-shaped off white spot on the front of dome. It also has some small marks here and there but I can overlook them due to how the helmet is assembled. This piece means a lot to me for personal reasons so having it damaged sucks. I've opened a ticket, most of the issues I could overlook but the lense area meh...

This might explain why some have had no response from the open tickets including me as I have a hotmail account. It doesn't excuse all the emails sent to the support address though.

Update:
Replacement helmet was just delivered. I'm about 90% happy, this one has gaps on both side(maybe some caulk can hide the gaps?) Then scratches above right ear area and a couple waves. Its better then original error wise just I can overlook these more.I'm not going to try my luck with a third and overall I am happy, maybe not totally but it's still a sweet helmet.

Would someone with the Anovos helmet mind providing me some dimensions? I've taken up the challenge of trying to 3D print my entire First Order Stromtrooper kit but I'm having some trouble sizing the helmet correctly and I can't seem to find the standard dimensions *anywhere*. Using the plane created by the visor would be exceptionally helpful for me to size this correctly.
