These are waterslide decals, so you'll need to cut out each one as close to the border as possible, (or whatever your comfortable with). Then you just dunk them in water for a few seconds and you'll feel them release from the paper backer and slide them onto your model. It helps if you wet the area where you'll be applying the decal on your model with a bead of water as well. Once you have it in position, lightly dab the excess water off with a paper towel and let air dry. Finish with a spray clear coat for durability.

I would also use a setting solution like MicroSet, this softens the decals just a bit and helps them stick to the surface.
