Obi-Wan Kenobi Utility Belt Color

As you know I started to do this belt last year. When I started the research I found that dark reddish brown was an option. Last January I bought mahogany tint, which I think will fit better. It is a little bit reddish and bright. Just a little bit. And recently British tan color came up. We don't have a translation for that in Spanish. Does anybody know how this color should look?

And here and cross over question about the utility belt and the boots: Are they painted same color? A can't say cause I only have promotional photos. And probably someone living in the states know about it from seeing them at some exhibit, you know what I mean.

What do you say? If I am lucky, I will be able to see them at C4. I am crossing my fingers. As usual I am worried about the quality of my props.

Check this out this products. All of them are painted using British tan or mahogany:

You didn't state which belt (or, more precisely, the belt from which film) There is an Obi-Wan fansite with DVD screencaps from Episodes I, II, III, and IV that you may not be aware of. Most of the images aren't overly large, but they're pretty clear and may help answer some of your questions:

If you're referring to the Episode III costume, this photo clearly shows the boots are lighter and redder than the belt:
