Northern California Prop Gathering on Saturday, November 8, 2008

As there were no other recommendations, it appears that we will go with Heroes Alley (the new name for the former Toy Fusion) in Rancho Cordova, CA (up in the Sacramento region).

Saturday, November 8, 2008
12PpM to 6 PM
(You can arrive at around 11:30 AM to start setting up if you want to)

Location:
Heroes Alley
3501 Sunrise Blvd #3
Rancho Cordova, CA 95742
(near the vicinity of Sunrise Blvd & Fitzgerald Rd - see map below)

You are encouraged to park and bring your stuff in through the back so as to not affect Heroes Alley's regular operations.

Food wise, this event will just be a pot luck. There are a bunch of places on Sunrise to pick up food that include a Bel Air Grocery store and a Costco only a mile away from the location. If you use Google Maps, it will provide with additional information. Please post on this thread on what you may bring so we can reduce duplicate items.

Moderators, please make this a sticky thread up to the day of the event. Thanks for your time and attention.

Actually, it is essentially the same place with basically the same owners (minus one person). The stuff that you have brought in the past along with any new goodies would be most welcome if not highly anticipated.

Sounds like fun. I will be there with some B5 stuff.
I can also bring a couple of 4 foot long folding tables if that will help for displaying props and stuff.

While you are welcome to bring tables, I think that the owner has enough to cover everyone who may want to display stuff. One less thing that you have to bring.
