Let me chime in and say thanks guys, best prop day ever!
If you don't live in California, get on plane next year and come to this event.
Fans and Pro mingle in a working effects prop and costume shop. Really that's not hype.

This picture says it all. On the left my Martian Helmet, built from an RPF kit. On the right the one Frank an Adam are building on tested. The RPF kit has a vacuum formed visor, and it's not a bad kit made from photos weeks after the film came out. The one on the right has a cast visor, yes, a casting in polycarbonate, and is referenced from an actual screen used suit.

Frank and Brad are gracious hosts and really know how to make a guy feel welcome.
