Ninja Turtle Donatello costume

It's just because i stuffed aload of bubble wrap inside the shell to keep it up while i painted it, it's soft and flexible to tuch. :)
 
Thank you, i added shading today, now going to be making that weird rippley skin they have on the back of the shell to there backs lol.
 
Here is alittle update, done the shading on the sides first of all...

Then i added the loose skin on the back of the shell and added the belt and Leo's holsters :)

I was doing Don but changed it to Leo since my g/f took over my sculpt and she wanted to sculpt Leo instead lol.

BTW the pants are my turtle PJ's lol, i wear them to get in the costume becuase there loose and bagy and wont get cought like a pair of jeans hehe.

It looks incredible so far! A turtle is definitely on my to do list.

I have to say that when you wear a latex covered foam suit it's going to be pretty hard to get your arms high enough to pull the swords out of their sheaths.
 
wow, I'm loving all the ninja turtle costumes coming up. I'm hoping to build one myself this year, and these are certainly great inspiration to get moving.

Look forward to seeing how the completed suit turns out.
