I am glad I removed most of the flash whilst they were still soft. Now that they have set, they are pretty hard. As I said in my video, I don't think it is important for these to be soft. The strap and buckle are part of the support. The new heel cups will have to be soft to allow flex when you walk.

These are looking nice ! Can't wait !

ok, I might go for some EL modifications...

• Where would be the best place to find some EL sheet for cheap ?
• What would you buy there ?
• What inverter and battery pack are the best and the smallest ?

Thank you. I am liking them.

About the same as the original factory part. You could mount the inverter in there. Maybe a coin cell.

Finally finished my Mags! Thanks Cavx for the clear soles and Jedifyfe and Cavx for the tutorials and everyone else who contributed to this forum. Also used RVLF's tutorial for the upper but used the fabric from the insoles that I peeled off and metal boning for corsets to give the uppers more shape. I made a flux capacitor charger that I 3D modeled, printed and painted. Used the guts from the original charger added an extra led and put it inside so that it lights up.

That charger is pretty cool as well.

Amazing Job ! those new uppers you did make it soo much closer to the RD ! you said you used fabric from the insole ? how I would really like to do this on my next mag mod! I remebered I did metal boning in the whit colar too ! where did you put yours ?
I only did it in the colar area up toop I didn't extend down to the white near the front (so it didn't retain the shape like yours)is that what you did? I can also sorta see you did something diffrent with your clears ( if im correct) did yo give the inner out riggers the elips shape the RD have ?

I peeled away the fabric from the white foam insoles that came inside the shoes. Here is where I put the boning

Nice ! these are cool ! how about the clears ? did you do anything diffrent ? it looks diffrent mainly the inner outriggers in your photos like in the third and fourth photos.

Yeah especially with the one on the right I dremeled the grey sole a little so that the edges of the clear sole sat flush with grey sole.

This little upper bring so much to the V2.
I still don't understand where you took the fabric but anyway, the result is great ! (greater than the one I did in a hurry and excitement ^^ - I'll probably redo another set with better knowledge next)

If you're looking for el sheet, probably ebay.

If you want the components seperate and prewired, you can check my junkyard thread. Those panels are the correct cyan colour and also precut and perfectly shaped.

You need a cuttable el sheet.And thin inverters.

Yes I cut just above the stitches on the inside and pulled it tighter then glued it back with super glue
