It won't matter because with 800 or finer paper, the scratches are so fine you simply diffuse the light.
Power laces... mmm... anyone... Bueller... Bueller... Bueller... :confused
Well, I am sure there is a way to do it but you would have to have a lot of experience with electronics, more than I know.
While it would be a cool "novelty" prop, I think most of us just want to wear these things.
Thanks Wes. I hope they do release a V3 but I still think they won't get it exactly right. Now if they were to hire me to help them...well then maybe.
Thanks for all your kind comments!
Wow Brad the toe slim in the second photo(front elevation with new strap http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v471/jedifyfe/Dsc06122.jpg ) makes your mags look like the real deal, seriously amazing job and I wish you were working in the factory helping these factory workers out.
I have to grab the bull by the horns tonight and try this, they look too good not to!
Ill do the defuse of the LEDs first though, thanks for sharing your method, so happy it can be done from the outside![]()
Brad, those images look stunning. Now I want to see these V2 K-MAGs side by side the real deal MAG, in the same size. Scaling images doesn't really tell the whole story I don't think as I think these are not quite tall enough, but they look great though and 200% over the V1.
1. Clean area of bubble so no dust Ect is on there.
2. Mask the upper, heel cup and soles so they can't be contaminated.
3. Wet sand bubble.
4. Matte/frosted spray the bubble.
5. Remove masking.
Also if above is correct (crosses fingers) can you tell me why we need to sand them and not just do the matte finish? Just confused what this does to the look.
Any help as always is grateful![]()
Oh see the toe slim did you use a hair dryer to assist in removing the glue or did you just use exacto knife all the way round?
Promise that's my last question!![]()
Hey guys, what is this?
