I reckon that it's pretty sad that the discount they're quoting still puts each pair at a higher price than you can now get them for on aliexpress if you buy just 2 pairs or more, not 100.

One question about your thread: your heel cup is rigid???? is not uncomfortable for wear it? im not sure to put my heel cup to 3D model because the 3D print is rigid and flexible......

I just finished cutting the light bubble slot out of the left heel cup. I also widened the lace area. Tomorrow I'll add the molding rubber to fill in the little space that was left over from the original light bubble. I pushed mine back to be more accurate.

This obviously isn't the final result. I'm getting new elastic soon. What you see is the elastic here from the original shoe. Also the fabric is pulled up so I can add the ribs later.

I'm using the stock Markpoon heel cup. It's pretty flexible.

If this sale is still going on after I pay off Markpoon for his Spidey Webshooters then I'm DEFINITELY going that route. Having a size 13 shoe size is one of the most inconvenient things about wanting to buy these shoes and they have that option on their site. Thank god

Size 13? Can you do me a favor by providing a measurement of your foot please? You can post a photo of a shoe sock liner with a tape if you like.

This is mine which is US 10, so curious to know what other US sizes are and 13 might be good start. I have 8, 10, 11, so once I know 13, can work out 9 and 12.

As there is 25.4mm to the inch, conversion is not a problem for me.

A sock might be OK, but the actual sock liner would be better because my foot is just over 10" (say about 10.25" or just over 260mm), yet the image I attached is 283.9mm or just over 11".

I am just wanting to get some sense of scale because once I know lengths of this part of the shoe, I can scale my patterns to match and make patterns for every size.

Small should be for 8 and 9.
Medium should be for 10 and 11.
Large should be for 12 and 13.

Is made by proportions , scaling in 3D proportionally to the shoe.Beacuse we have NO IDEA of the measures of size 11 or 13(only we have EXACT measures of size 9 an 10 by DinoMarcelo excellent photos references¡¡¡¡¡)
I recommend to use a meter with your markpoons, read in shapeways the measures of the desired piece(medium or large) and compare with your measures in Markpoons.

Honestly, I have my theory:
size 8-9:clonepreprops SMALL ankle buckle.
size 10-13:clonepreprops MEDIUM ankle buckle.
for what reason? if you look at a footwear with that sizes, the main difference obviously is the large of the foot¡¡¡
Anyway y put a LARGE size in store, for people that have a different theory. :lol

Thanks fro explaining that cloneprops. Medium white Left and Right buckles are on order for me

I decided to so something a little radical tonight and ripped apart my leather MAGs. It was interesting how much effort it took to get the uppers off the soles. At least I know the glue I used works I do however need to refine my application technique when using it as I seem to have missed a few sections.

Based on my findings of playing around with this size 11 pair of sole, it looks like I need to redesign the innersole of my upper as well. This will mean a change in shape to the upper, so not 100% sure what will happen.

I am out of this white mesh and if it means I need to buy more, I might as well buy the proper grey.

Clone have you considered putting up your heel cups also? I would totally buy a set of all of your parts. I made vacuformed versions and I highly admire what you have done using a computer as even in real life it was difficult to come close to the shape and think you made the very best of the shoes!

Ebay mobile offered a deal where you get your first add for free if you use the app. Ive seen tons of generic descriptions posted, I dont see any hard in this one.
