I believe cavx mentioned that he MIGHT make accurate soles for sale some time in the future. They would be for people who obviously don't know how to make shoe soles and don't want to buy MP mags just to tear them down and use just the soles.

Will someone make accurate uppers so all I need to do is attach the soles to the uppers? :cool
You'd still have to wire everything up too.
...and if someone can make the uppers, they'd most likely go the extra step and just glue them to the soles themselves before selling.

I bought a couple at a sew store and fabric stores.
I guess I didn't look hard enough at Joanne's Fabrics. I'll probably ask for help the next time I'm there. How thick should they be?

Everyone is getting in a big huff about being ripped of by these companies. Have we all forgotten about the factory sample images we were shown? Do you think they would go that far to fully produce a sample without intending to follow through? I doubt it.... why bother? I've already been told by one site that a refund has been issued, which I should receive soon. If not, I preventively notified my bank and they will be ready to open a fraud claim at my go ahead. It's not hard to get your money back if you paid in the appropriate manner, i.e not by western union or money gram. As for my other order...I trust that shoesbagonsale will deliver. If they've been around since march of last year, that's over a year, and isn't exactly a short period of time and they seem to have built up a decent enough rep.

Yeah... I ordered some traininers from shoesbagonsale just to check if they're legit myself. Looks like they are because my trainers have been shipped with tracking. It is currently in San Francisco waiting to clear customs. I ordered Saturday evening. Very fast.
The pictures we saw were probably pre-production tests, to make sure they had most of the process sorted before they went ahead with manufacturing the full run.
Relax everyone. Again, worst comes to worst, we'll all just file fraud charges and we'll be free and clear of this.

Somehow I doubt it....when they specifically nail it on their pages saying they are the most sought after and expensive Nikes in the world. I am sure they are well aware of the demand and popularity of the shoes.

Whatever the delay has been this far, it really hasn't been all that much. Shoesbagonsale clearly states that they are "coming soon", so we all knew there would be some waiting involved. So far they have had great communication. Responding to emails in a timely fashion, sending out updates without request. I for one am not concerned at all at this point.

Yeah, they do provide pretty stellar customer service. I don't know how Vicky does it... there must be like 100 Vickys at shoesbagonsale.
I email shoesbagonsale about a week ago asking them why they only have the size 9.5 and not 9 because other sites have them in that size and I haven't had a reply yet. How long does it take?
