Someone set the egg timer...shoebagsonsale just this second emailed me and told me "we will send in a few days time"
So my guess is they now have these shoes? (i have emailed this question in reply to their email)
If more people want to check there accounts today to see if they receive a tracking number and if they do let us all know that would be excellent

same here as only yesterday they told me "shortly" now its a few days, i was thinking there shortly was a few weeks but this seems more positive.
Keeping my chin up and hoping for the best, will let you know their reply to see if they have them in there "store/warehouse"

An accurate replica will be released by an unknown China factory from an unknown source from a bunch of people... well I do want this to come true and I bet everyone and I mean everyone even MAG modders and markpoon himself would love to own one of these rumored MAG.
At the end of the day its about having the MAG since 1989.. however if its true I'm not so sure about 'it' having electronics in them.. since its a 100 price point.. I don't think we are getting the real deal let alone its replica... with the delays and no solid replies..
Till we see some official shots of them not the ones from NIKE.. I just can't wait to get them in my hand and mod it.. and I can guarantee it a joy to anyone who love modding the MAG and knowing its their best creation as it can be... well its always been the 'hoping' game with the 'MAG' official and unofficial and its never too late..
Let's hope we'll see some solid news peeps!

Now we got ourselves all upset over the possibility of being ripped off, I think it is time for another to change the mood. Hopefully up and not further down...
This is revision 7 of my new MAG project and the 2nd left shoe I've made from this new mesh - which I am actually liking BTW.
It is still a bit tight around the bridge of my foot, so looks like I start revision 8 tomorrow :unsure
I did an abrasion test on a sample the other day and apart from it becoming soiled, didn't really seem affected. It is tough stuff
If nothing else, these prototype shoes will make great novelty Christmas stocking :lol

As said on earlier pages. The legal system in China doesn't tend to recognize the legal systems from other countries.
A good example of this was that there was a full replica Apple Store set up in china. It had the Apple logo outside, and looked right down to the furnishings and Genius Bar, exactly like a real Apple store.
That's how blatant China can be about selling copied goods.
Now there are cases where said goods end up better than the originals at a fraction of the price. But of course this also means that you can just as easily be ripped off and nobody can do anything about it.
Nike could try to sue them, but they wouldn't get very far, as the Chinese government would likely turn around and shrug their shoulders back at them.

Personally i'm not worried one bit and i have full faith that i will get my three pairs when they are released, if i don't then no biggie, i get my money back and i'm back to making a grey scratch build.

If these don't end up coming out that's just another push for me to make my own more accurate shoes.
