I'm still in the process of building but I wanted some advice and critisims. I don't have much resources so I did the best I could as cheaply as I could. All ideas are welcome.

The shroud and emitter are based an Kanan Jarrus' lightsaber while the grip was partly inspired by the Force Unleashed II concept lightsaber. But that was mainly because I had no other supplies besides some extra paracord lying around. If you have any grip or control box ideas I'd like to hear them.

Hi,

I like the design.
Especially the grip, but you could try some leather band/strips instead of the textile strip you used.

very creative! am i seeing some sink drain parts in there? love the imagination! keep up the great work

Great work in progress ... perhaps on the SWAP meet or Pawn shop you can find a vintage LED calculator with bubbles to add to that activation board? Here's what I used for a custom Darth Vader Heiland :

Indeed I spend several months in Las Vegas, twice in my life, with my late uncle Hank and his sons back in the 90's . . . I sure loved it ;)

It mainly is sink drain parts. I wanted to build something as cheaply as I could but at the same time give It a different look than some other who have started with the same parts. I really appreciate the positive feedback.

After seeing an old picture of the Genesis Corran Horn lightsaber I'm thinking about changing out the main body of the saber to something similar. Any ideas of where to find a cheap Knurled pipe?

I made a few modifications. Next I'm looking to build a crystal chamber for the chassis. Where's a good place to find a tutorial for a led lit crystal chamber?
