Newbie: Predator 2 Sculpt/latex Mask

Hello all, Newbie here! Been looking at some of the amazing work on here and thought that I woud show you my Predator sculpt that is based on Predator 2. This is a work in progress, still fine tuning detail/ teeth etc (that will be in resin) then eventually this will be a fully wearable latex mask. I cant wait to start painting this as I love the P2 paint design. I will post picks up of the build etc as I progress with it. Thanks for looking feedback most welcome!

That's a really great sculpt bud.  I like the textures and detail work you've put into it already.  Seems like you're close to a finished piece.  I have only one minor critique.  Facing the sculpt the right eye is a quarter inch or so lower than the left.  Other than that, great stuff.  I might even be interested in one at some point.  Especially if you do a resin bust.

Any thoughts about adding a neck-ring?

Well well mr chris stephens has finally found his way over to us. Chris is a fellow Irish sculptor and whilst he maybe a newb at predator you guys need to check out his star wars sculpts. HINT HINT Chris link them to your SW stuff.

The way it seems to go is a sculpted neck ring for a bust and a separate ring for a mask.

Damn, reeeeally need to find someone doing a P2 resin bust.  Good luck with the mask man.  It's looking fantastic so far.

Just an update on my pred sculpt! I am at the stage now where all the clay from the 2-part mould has been picked out, and I have now latex in the mould. Should see a pred mask next week. Here is a pic of the 2-part mould.

Another update!The mask has now been pulled from the mould, given a tidy up and a base coat. Here are some pics before I start painting this. I am trying to work on this around other projects, so progress is slow.
