Hi to you all.
Its gives me a great pleasue to be a member of RPF.
i have been collecting for approx 8 years and have tried many times to join this great forum so a big hello fom me.
I am graham from Devon,UK, a big SW collector and military figure painter/sculpture, occasionally for a well known magazine.
My main collection is replica props and i will of course post my collection soon, link below sig.
Iy questions concerns some armour advice.
i am curremtly building 2 sets that I have had for some time.
I previously have owned SDS but sold that a while back as I thought the construction a little rough (i will buy another in kit form some time or AP)
The breast plates on my armour and body are different as can be seen.
I have looked everywhere for breast plate details specific as I would like to build a Sandtrooper and normal Stormtrooper. Differences are hard to pick out when in full armour.
Can anyone advise on what plate best suits what look, I am being quite fussy here.
Also any ideas on the body differences.
Finally there is a bad flaw on one plate from the pull, its basically the centre breast crease carried down further. Do you think this could be filled and sanded and the plate painted to match, I certainly can do the work but am I better leaving it, i have not seen it before.
