Stormtrooper anh shoulder bells, cutting the edge

Hello friends.

I'm posting this thread to humbly request some help from you, hopefully your answere will help me and any other than may have the same difficulty.

Im finishing my tk armor, the shoulder bells prove to be the mist challenging piece, perhaps is a silly obstacle but it has bugged me significantly.

I do not know where and how to cut the inner edge (the one that faces the chest and upper back), i can see in the screen udes ones a slight curve, but... I just dont feel capable to eyeball it, if i miss and cut too much, the piece will be ruined.

Does a y of you know if there is, somewhere in the internet, the measurements of the screen used shoulder bells?, From the raised edge to the inner side edge.

And the curve, does anyone have a number? A degree angle perhaps?

What kit are you using? Can you post a picture of the bell? I have my armor apart right now and can take some photos for you tonight

I followed all the instructions from Rob at RS prop masters

They have an incredible tutorial series, and Rob himself makes it worth watching, he’s so entertaining, one wicked kind of guy

I think i look too boxy, compared to the screen used armors.

Thanks, maybe its in my imagination, and you're right and the thing look good, i was just comparing myself to these two troopers

Their shoulder bells look superflushed and streamlined

Each one was cut by hand, we are gonna find variations between each one

Like you said though, there’s 2 that your are idealizing, stick with what makes you happy and mod to that

In my eyes I don’t see an issue with your shoulders, suit looks wicked!
