new USA made Godzilla film

just saw this over on slashfil.com - possible new design for the new film?

Now THAT is something I would enjoy seeing on the big screen.

It has some changes but still screams GODZILLA. I like the smaller head
too. I always though Japan kept giving him an oversized melon.

I hope this isn't a hoax. if it is, then I want a model of this version here.

Half like it. Half don't.
Far better then Iguanazilla was.
But not quite recognizable.
Too dragony. Needs a touch more traditional Godzilla facial features.

One more thing.

Godzilla is a taildragger.

Don't jack his ass up like a damn J-Park T-Rex.

The stance looks like that might be their direction.

Looks more like the last Godzilla then the old one to me.
then again I never had trouble with the new design, I would like a little hint of the old but the walking on two legs like a man (in a costume) always bothered me in the old films.

Many of the later Japan Godzilla's leaned forward like this stance but
yet still had enough tail to drag behind him. I'll hold off to much judgement
until we see a full body sculpt (if in fact this IS the new big G). This is
much closer to the Japan version then Emericks Leno-zilla was.
