Kits are shipping from Japan but I don't know anyone who has received one yet.

The Retailer Edition is spectacular, save for that matte finish. Puzzling choice. Still, the best version yet I think.

Mine was just delivered. Shipped on Tuesday, pretty impressive delivery time. Haven't got it in hand yet as I had it delivered to work...

what is the issue with the triggers?

I am trying to figure out how to handle the butt plate being plated! Maybe they took the name literally! (kidding)

The real hero looks like "not so" polished aluminum. I don't really want to grind off the plating. And don't want to take it in to have it removed. Maybe just a scuffing. ?

Too early to tell.

It is a very nice kit. clean and sharp. Should finish up really nice. Nice HERO pics in the brochure too.

Looking at that barrel for a Steel replacement. Looks like it is the same set up as before, but with Inch taps.

If no one else is doing a steel barrel run and there is interest I will ask DEC to look at it.

It did get delivered fast. Got notice on 30 Sept. Delivered today. Not bad from Japan.
