New Tomenosuke Blaster Pro "Retail" version

Has anyone got down to bare metal on these. just got one. not sure I will mess with the finish. but I would like to know If it's possible. and thanks for any reply's.

I'm willing to bet paint stripper would do the trick but I can only guess what the ugly metal looks like underneath.

Metal underneath is super high quality and can be shined up to this finish.

Can be stripped and reblued if you put time into it. Aircraft stripper and some elbow grease.

I'll take your word for it, but I would be worried that I'd lose detail doing that much sanding/buffing.

I'm a bit late to the party as I decided to do the 8 month payment plan with HCG. But it was well worth the wait!
This is a heavy beast of a weapon; I was impressed by the nice sharp detail and the quality of workmanship. The holster is from Phil Steinscheider, I picked it up a few years ago for a Sidkit that I still have. Needless to say it fits like a glove!
PPK is just for scale!

The scumbag Customs charged €192 which was a major buzzkill.

Looks great! I'm yet to polish up my kit version to the "ghost" finish with clear grips to complete my collection - Coyle, Sidkit, Tomenosuke, Ross and an Offworld which is just a place-holder till I've done the ghost Tomeno...

Just wanted to drop a quick note for anyone who picked up the Tomenosuke produced DaveG acrylic stand for the newest blaster. The small front bracket that snaps into the larger piece which rests against the ammo cartridge on the blaster may be a bit snug and will take some evenly applied force to snap all the way into place. Please take care when doing so as to not damage the stand. Apply an even, hard but not violent pressure. The acrylic may frost a big around the edges of the bracket but is not noticeable. The stand is awesome though, thanks to DaveG for the design and team Tomenosuke for another fine product
