New Doctor Who Series Discussion *Spoilers*

Liked Bells. There's a whole lot going on. Among the many fleeting things I noticed that Clara's book did not have #23 in it. That'll be significant (unless Moffat forgets about it). :)

We're back baby!

Re-watching the ep to catch all these little details and I noticed there wasn't a #16 either. Significant, or just something to drive the fans nuts with theories?

Craig, father of Stormageddon, dark lord of all.

I thought I noticed that, but I don't think it was him. It looked more like an extra that just kind of looked like him to me.

I hope so otherwise he is going to have to go all stormagedon on the peasants that killed not mom.

Personally, I always thought that the Doctor should have jumped in the TARDIS and checked out how Stormageddon turned out when he's fully grown up just to be sure he's not some kind of genocidal madman.

She's a trap.

I've said it before, and now I'm even more convinced. A trap set by The Great Intelligence.

Why? Long term: The Doctor has been a thorn in his side for a long time. Short Term: He's been the villain in the last two episodes, both of which included Clara(s). And really, if he was just a throw away villain I think they'd have hired a far less expensive actor than friggn' Sir Ian McKellan.

Clara will turn out to be his top of the line construct, a "Sexy Yeti", if you will.

Aren't all women though? ;)

There is an entire line of sexual humor there...

Oh and bonus round:

Raise your hand if you read that in Admiral Ackbar's voice. :thumbsup

✋

Oh and am I the only one who wants a replica of the Doctor's awesome bowtie box? Anyone have a screengrab of it?

So, like when Gargamel made Smurfette to infiltrate and destroy the Smurfs, but the love of the Smurfs made her good!

Maybe Clara is Smurfette! ? :confused

I was mostly pleased with the "Bells of St John" I still like Clara challenging the Doctor more.

Best line though "Because it's a surprisingly accurate description!"

Why is a leaf 'page 1?'

im guessing here, so bear with me:

book was called places you want to visit or similar
the leaf is from a tree in her childhood, like where she had a treehouse, or stuff.
she wants to visit it again.

could be so far off, too, as i said, just guessing :)
