This is my For Sale thread for my NCR Veteran Ranger Helmet. As some of you may know, I also have a build thread for my costume including a PipBoy. It has been put on hold for a little while though. You can read the progress so far here:

NCR Veteran Ranger Helmet:
I made this helmet based on a pepakura file. The casts are made from a black urethane plastic casting resin and reinforced with fiberglass cloth. These kits are being sold as raw casts. This means that there will be some trimming, sanding, filling, primer, paint, and assembly that needs to be done to finish the helmet. Occasionally I will take on a commission for a painted and assembled helmet.
The helmet measures 26" in circumference, it is 8" wide, 9" deep, and 6.25" tall. The mask is 7.5" wide and 7.5" tall from under the jaw to the brow which is just on the inside of the helmet above the lens frame.
I am in the process of rebuilding the model and making new molds. See below for a description of the improvements.

Assembly process and details are drastically different on the 2nd Gen Helmet.
2nd Gen Changes and Improvements:
New mask
- Now with 2-piece wrap around design (goes all the way around your head, faceplate will be removable and/or hinged)
- More detailed and screen accurate than before
- Easier clean up and construction of raw cast kits
- Integrated headphone with custom removable magnetic antenna
- New mounts for Plexiglas lenses
- Integrated spacers for proper helmet/mask alignment
- Separate 2-piece gas canister and hose adapter for ease of painting (gas canister separates to allow installation of exhaust fan if desired)
New helmet
- Now with integrated light pods improving balance in weight from one side to the other
- Easier access to LEDs and wires
- More detailed and screen accurate than before
New accessories
- Ribbed hose
- Metal grill for mouth
- Pre-tinted Lens kit available in reflective red or green
- Pre-wired LED kit with switches, resistors, collimator lens, and 9v battery adapter
I am also looking into making the armored vests, forearm/hand armor, and backpack. If there is any interest in these items then please let me know.

I will ship anywhere in the world. I usually offer either Priority Mail shipping or Express shipping. Domestic Priority shipping is $15, International Priority shipping to Canada is $30, and International Priority shipping to all other locations is $40.
I will offer a 10% discount on the first five helmets that are paid for. In order to keep things simple and organized, I will make the helmets and ship them out in the order that I receive payments.
When you are ready to order, post in this thread then send me a PM. In your PM, please let me know which item(s) you want, let me know where I will be sending them (doesn't have to be your exact address), and the email address on your PayPal account. I will reply and send you a custom PayPal invoice that you can then return with payment.

- Includes two custom shaped, pre-tinted Plexiglas lenses with reflective red or green tint (you can see out but nobody can see it)

- This kit is pre-wired and includes a super bright white LED including collimator, one red LED, a 3-way slide switch, 9v battery adapter, and a magnetic battery mount
- Accessories Kit - $20
- Includes accurate stainless steel mesh screens for mouth, gas canister, left ear as well as a ribbed 'oxygen' hose, and 'drinking' tube (hoses are non-functional and for appearance only)
- Exhaust Fan Kit - $20
- This kit is pre-wired and includes one 50mm quiet fan, voltage regulator circuit, on/off switch, 9v battery adapter, and a magnetic battery mount (exhaust fan pulls hot air out of the helmet)
