If you have a 3D Printer, you can 3d print your own faceshell for under $100. You'll just need to find a file that works well, and have to do a lot of post processing after it is printed. Here is a file that I have printed before that works great for Peter B Parker:


Alternatively if you don't have a 3D printer, there are a few templates available online that you can make out of cardboard or foam but they also require a lot of post processing to get smooth:
