Well, that was quite the turnaround.

$80 is nothing for 1/4 scale figure, IMO.

sorry. I just never seen a figure that big for $80 before. I mean, I have a large 1/4 scale Spider0Man figure when SM2 came out and fully articulated and it was only $35.

I wonder if the $80 price tag is because of the labor of adding the netting. I'll most likely be getting the bio helmet one as tempting as the unmasked ones are. Too bad they're making em' separate figures as opposed to interchangeable heads. I bet there will be individual heads for sale on ebay when these come out, so that could be the workaround to getting separate figures!

Yeah, I posted to their twitter asking if they'd ever consider selling the heads by themselves and received no answer. they're good about getting back to most everyone's questions, so I'd say that's a resounding no. Of course it's easy to see why they've done it that way. With it being a limited run they've only made them more desirable for collectors by having a separate head for each figure. It's a win-win for them really.

I am going to get one masked and make articulated mandibles for my un-masked one..

I have been following the news on this Classic Predator. I have place an order for the masked and the open mouth but left out the close mouth version. Hopefully be able to paint them up once I received them when they are release
